IRONMAN

Jason Fowler won eight New England motocross championships before age 17, adapted to being permanently paralyzed from the chest down, competed in over 150 road races, 40 marathons, 43 triathlons, and won two Ironman Triathlon World Championships in hand-cycle division in Kona Hawaii, all with only the use of my arms.

As he set out to launch a coaching business to inspire others through his story, he needed a video that established his background as a valuable mentor.

Through a thoughtfully directed interview, we prompted Jason to tell his story open and honestly. We paired this powerful interview with equally powerful visuals. These were achieved through intentional camera angles, sometimes going as far as hanging out of a van following Jason down the road.

Topstitch Studio and Lounge

Topstitch, a sewing studio and lounge located in Atlanta’s Ponce City Market, is known for their vibrant in-person sewing community. Looking to expand this community online, we collaboratively took their in-person sewing lessons and translated them into online video courses.

We were focused on visually communicating the small but important sewing details to someone learning from home. We accomplished this by designing a studio and multi-camera setup that captures angles crucial to communicating this information. The result is arguable the best “sewing POV” cam you can find anywhere!

We’ve now filmed over 20 videos with Topstitch and have plans for more courses in the future. In addition to the courses, we’ve helped Topstitch build and grow their web course hosting platform, topstitchmakers.com. We’ve also created GIFs and short videos to promote the platform across social media.

Southern Hospitality - Pilot

We developed this concept to pitch a web-based restaurant video series that was made to explore the culture of local and sustainable food and to promote restaurants that lived by those values. After two years working in the restaurant industry, we’ve met a lot of talented chefs who live by those values. I knew Chef Scott would be the perfect candidate for our pilot episode and he fully embraced our idea.

Our pilot has been a huge success on social media and we hope the response will encourage sponsorship from our brand partners.

Springer Mountain’s Chef’s Special

Our partner, Gumbo Marketing, created an innovative platform to cross promote food brands and restaurants. Their most loyal client, Springer Mountain Farms, was interested in creating a program for social media that highlighted chefs who were committed to fresh and local ingredients.

After two years, we have filmed over 100 episodes of Chef’s Special in Atlanta and surrounding area. The program has built a loyal following and has helped Springer by highlighting their culinary values as one of America’s purest brands of chicken.

CCC - Our Guiding Principles

For a company as large as Consolidated Container Company, communicating a unifying culture is a daunting, but critical task. CCC hired us to help them effectively communicate this message in a way that demonstrated competence, leadership and clarity.

For a top-down message like this, production value is critical. CCC entrusted us with their most important message and gave us creative freedom to get it done.

Big Green Egg at Alisal

In another partnership with Gumbo Marketing, we were tasked with creating six cooking recipes on our visit to the Alisal Guest Ranch & Resort in Solvang, California. The series of six videos co-branded Big Green Egg grills and the ranch.

We knew we were traveling to a beautiful location, and we decided no matter the added difficulty, the most important element to this video was showcasing the beautiful scenery. In pre-production, we never imagined we would have achieved a backdrop this awesome!

Jaipur Living Rug Collections

At the onset of the pandemic, Jaipur Living showrooms closed, and sales teams needed creative ways communicate new rug products to their customers. In the process of creating e-commerce videos for each of their new rugs, I was also tasked with creating sales webinar videos that detailed new monthly product launches. To introduce each new rug collection, I mathematically constructed these vignettes , which engaged the target audience of interior designers who haven’t been able to see rugs in person.
